Precision rifle & rimfire match operations

Run the match. Not the spreadsheet.

MatchOps by Match Director HQ is a match operations platform for clubs that run precision rifle and rimfire matches. Record the steel and props you own, write stages that check themselves, build a match from them, and let competitors register from a link — with each club's workspace and data kept separate.

Clubs are set up individually. There is no self-service sign-up.

Here to shoot rather than to run a match? Find a club and register from the match page.

Platform

What a club gets

One workspace per club, owned by the club. Directors and admins share it; competitors only ever see the public match page.

01

Inventory

Record the steel and props the club owns — shape, size, photo. Scoring size is calculated, never typed.

02

Stages

Write a stage against real targets at real distances. The worksheet totals rounds, checks the shot plan and shows target MOA as you go. Stage and target data is structured for sharing, export, and integration with the tools competitors use on match day.

03

Matches

Compose a match from saved stages. Each match keeps its own copy, so editing a library stage never changes a published match.

04

Registration

Publish a match and share one link. Competitors sign in, register and check their status there. Directors approve from the club workspace.

How it works

From first contact to match day

Match Director HQ sets each club up personally. That keeps the platform to clubs that actually run matches, and keeps every club's data its own.

  1. 1
    Get in touch

Tell us about the club and the matches you run.

  2. 2
    Your club is set up

Match Director HQ creates the club workspace and adds your directors. Clubs are approved one at a time.

  3. 3
Build inventory, stages and a match

Start with the stages you already run. Inventory can follow — nothing forces you to catalogue every plate first.

  4. 4
    Publish and open registration

Send competitors the match link. They register on their phones; you approve from the club workspace.
